Early access — final policy pending
Online card payments are not yet enabled on Onnies. Premium school access is currently activated manually after an email conversation, on terms agreed directly with each school.
What this means today
- Premium access is provided to early-access schools by direct arrangement. Any refund or credit terms are agreed in writing with each school at the time we activate access.
- If you believe premium access was charged or activated in error, contact us directly and we will resolve it case-by-case.
- A full, reviewed refund and cancellation policy will be published here before online card checkout is enabled for public sign-up.
